Refund Process: it's very simple!

If the reason for the return is based on the right of withdrawal, the customer must cover the cost of the return.

The return period is 30 days from receipt of your order.

Please note that the returned product must be in its original UNOPENED packaging (security label NOT removed).

For obvious reasons of hygiene, our quality department reserves the right to refuse any product suspected of not meeting the strict criteria mentioned above.

In the case of a defective return, Manwan will cover the cost of return and reshipment of the new product.

In the case of a refund, it will be made directly to the method of payment used for the purchase within a maximum of 7 days from the date of receipt of the returned package.
