    The General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply exclusively to online sales of Manwan products.

    These terms and the online order form the binding contractual documents between the parties, to the exclusion of any other documents, brochures, catalogs, or product images, which are for illustrative purposes only.

    The confirmation of the order by the consumer constitutes adherence to the terms and conditions in effect on the day of the order. These terms are retained and reproduced by the professional seller in compliance with Article 1127-2 of the French Civil Code.

    1. Modification of General Terms and Conditions

    The professional seller reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions at any time.

    In the event of any modification, the applicable terms and conditions will be those in effect on the order date, a copy of which may be provided upon request to the consumer.

    2. Clauses in the Terms and Conditions of Sale

    The invalidity of one clause does not invalidate the entire agreement.

    Prices

    The selling price of the products is as specified on the order date.

    Our product prices are listed in EUR and USD, all taxes included, excluding shipping costs. Prices reflect VAT applicable on the order date and will not change once the order is placed.

    For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and other formalities are the customer’s sole responsibility. The customer must verify with their authorities the eligibility of products purchased on www.manwan.com for importation.

    In case of a promotional price, the seller agrees to apply this price to any order placed during the promotion period.

    1. Price Modifications The seller reserves the right to adjust prices at any time, especially in case of increased costs. However, if prices increase after an order, the price applicable on the order date will apply.
