We Were “On the Verge”: A Two-Part Podcast Featuring Our Toys, Our Values, and Real Experiences

At a time when male pleasure is still wrapped in taboo, talking about it, openly, thoughtfully, and without shame, is more than refreshing. It’s necessary. That’s why we were proud to be featured in not just one, but two special episodes of On the Verge, a french podcast dedicated to exploring male sexuality from new and often overlooked angles.

This two-part collaboration wasn’t just about male sex toys. It was about curiosity, vulnerability, and changing the way we think about masculinity, intimacy, and pleasure, both solo or with a partner.

Part 1: Discovering the Brand, the Mission, and the Toys

In the first episode, four testers joined the amazing host, Anne-Laure Parmantier, to explore our range of sex tech tools, while also sharing their personal relationships to pleasure, self-exploration, and communication in intimacy. But what stood out from the beginning wasn’t just the design or functionality of the products, it was the conversation that surrounded them.

We had the chance to share what drives our brand: designing tools that are not only effective, but inclusive. Our mission has always been to create pleasure devices that adapt to real people, regardless of age, body type, mobility, or sexual orientation. Whether you’re navigating erectile dysfunction, discovering your body post-injury, or simply curious to explore pleasure differently, our products are here to support you ; without judgment, shame, or pressure.

What made this conversation even more meaningful was the diversity of the testers themselves. The four men ranged in age from 35 to nearly 70, offering a rare and much-needed glimpse into how sexuality evolves (and thrives) across different stages of life. From rediscovering pleasure with others partners in an open relationship to navigating intimacy with a long-term partner, their stories reminded us that male sexuality doesn’t expire with age. It matures, expands, and deserves just as much care, curiosity, and expression as ever.

The episode highlighted how technology and intimacy can coexist without friction. How a device isn’t meant to replace connection, but to enhance awareness, foster communication, and normalize male pleasure in all its forms.

Part 2: Two Weeks Later, real Feedback from testers and their partners

Two weeks after their initial introduction to our toys, the same four testers came back for a second episode. But this time, they didn’t come alone, they brought their partners with them.

What followed was a raw, respectful, and at times humorous conversation where each couple shared their unique experience. Every voice was heard: how the toys were received, what sensations stood out, how using them sparked dialogue or new dynamics in their intimacy. It wasn’t a one-size-fits-all review, far from it. Each couple’s experience revealed different layers of comfort, surprise, challenge, and even joy.

This second episode revealed something important: pleasure is not a solo topic. Even when using a sex toy alone, the effects ripple into how we relate to others, how we see ourselves, and how we communicate. Hearing partners speak in their own words added richness and balance to the conversation, proof that sextech can serve not only individuals, but couples too.

Why This Collaboration Matters

This wasn’t a press release. It wasn’t scripted. It was real.

At a time when many discussions around sex remain surface-level or oversexualized, this collaboration reminded us that people are ready (and eager !) for honest, nuanced conversations. Especially when it comes to male pleasure, which is too often boxed into narrow definitions of performance, virility, or silence.

The episodes reflect exactly what we believe at the core of our work:

  • That pleasure is personal, but never shameful.
  • That tools are meant to support connection, not replace it.
  • That men, and penis owners more broadly, deserve to feel curious, empowered, and included.

The feedback we’ve received since the episodes aired has been overwhelmingly positive. Listeners appreciated the diversity of voices, the vulnerability of the participants, and the unfiltered way in which the conversation unfolded. And for us, it was a rare opportunity to hear how our products live outside of the lab, in real bedrooms (or elswhere, it’s up to you really…), with real people.

Final Thoughts

Being part of this two-part series with On the Verge wasn’t just a brand opportunity, it was a human one. A reminder of how much power there is in open conversation, in rethinking intimacy, and in giving people the space to share their truth.

If we can help spark more of those conversations, across ages, identities, and relationship dynamics, then we’re exactly where we need to be. Because pleasure has no age limit. And neither does the right to explore it.
